Wally Schwalm
Jr. founded WCS Automotive in 1989. After working in the Volvo dealer
network for approximately ten years and achieving his Master Technician
certification, Wally had developed his own vision of what vehicle repair
and customer service should be. With the belief that he could provide
what he saw lacking in the dealer service experience, he set out on his
own.
Starting alone in a three bay shop, Wally began turning his vision into reality providing reliable, affordable vehicle repair with the personalized attention that every customer deserves. Focusing on and staying committed to this time tested approach has established WCS Automotive as the preferred vehicle repair facility for many in the South Shore community.
Although WCS has grown in size over the years, the commitment to providing the customer with a personalized small shop experience has endured. Now with six technicians who hold factory and ASE certifications, twelve bays and the latest diagnostic equipment the shop has the ability to meet the service needs of an even greater number of people on a daily basis.
